Frederick is founder of Caprise. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnological Engineering and a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering. With extensive experience in the Pharma and Biotechnology industries, Frederick has worked across various startup environments, honing project management skills through roles such as Production Manager, Chief Business Development Officer and Regulatory Compliance Consultant. Leveraging this experience, Frederick now helps startups scale up and thrive, offering strategic guidance and tailored solutions for rapid commercialization and sustainable growth.

Eric Gauthier

Sales & Marketing Consultant

With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, Eric Gauthier is a seasoned professional and co-founder who has led numerous organizations through strategic growth in the SaaS, Cloud Computing, and IT sectors. Fluent in both French and English, Eric has developed deep expertise in driving revenue, managing large teams, and building successful product lines. As co-founder of Dolmen Software, Eric successfully grew the business before selling it to Intuit Canada.

Denis Groleau

Technology Consultant

Denis Groleau, PhD, brings over three decades of experience in microbial fermentation, bioprocess development, and scale-up optimization. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Sherbrooke and former Canada Research Chair in microbial fermentation technology, Denis has led numerous industrial and academic projects, particularly in biopharma and biotechnology sectors. With a strong background in project management, business development, and research leadership, Denis is well-equipped to guide the technical aspects of startup growth and commercialization at Caprise.
